Ready Staff - HRMS allows you to define consistent entitlement policies for various types of leave, medical claims, loans and training based on the employee's position within the company and number of years in service. These policies include carrying forward of entitlements and defining which entitlements are to be prorated during the year.
Ready Staff - Human Resource has a comprehensive set of HR management reports, leave management and statutory reports.
Other useful features in Ready Staff include :
- Letter Writer - design personalized letters (e.g. confirmation, increment letter) using the bio-data in the database
- Integrated Imaging - employee photographs, NRIC, employment pass or work-permit to be stored in the system
- Query Builder - select a group of employees by setting conditions on almost any data field such as "basic pay must be greater than $1500".
